Westhaven is my jam

If you’re looking for a seasoned “hyper-local” Real Estate Agent with extensive expert and personal experience of one of the greatest neighborhoods in Middle Tennessee, I’m your pick! Westhaven has been my home for over a decade and I’ve not only enjoyed our sweet slice of Franklin life here, but my knowledge is par excellence.

Westhaven is a lovely traditional neighborhood development (TND) by Southern Land Company, a community situated against the framework of the hills of Williamson County TN, just a couple of miles from downtown Franklin. The emphasis here is community. There are front porches on every home, sidewalks throughout, miles of trails, over 750 acres of preserved conservation areas, a championship golf course, fabulous Residents’ Club, three pools, a school, and a town center with retail and services – I only leave Westhaven when I want to, because everything I need is here, including friends!

The Westhaven Experience

American hometown

Westhaven truly embodies the American hometown. The neighborhood has increasingly become recognized as a gold standard for New Urbanism-style development in America. Words like “charming,” “beautiful,” and “inviting” surface in conversation when one describes Westhaven.

Westhaven Town Center has restaurants, commercial, retail space and live/work residences. Casual lakeside gatherings can be found at the Paddle Dog Adventures boathouse. Near the Golf Club is the newly constructed Junior-Olympic pool.

Westhaven holds so many fond memories for residents as well as visitors alike with marriage proposals, weddings, births, graduations, anniversaries, block parties, and street festivals. Real life happens in Westhaven in very special and memorable ways with a spirit of fellowship as its cornerstone.

This is a place where a person can stretch out and breathe. Over 750 conservation acres are preserved in Westhaven, including innumerable green spaces, shady boulevards and water features, creating an irresistible draw to the community. There are miles of paved trails, gorgeous professional landscaping and gardens, community parks, a community fire pit for roasting marshmallows on a fall evening, and a stocked 9-acre lake. You’ll be glad to know that we irrigate responsibly with effluent water – there are parks and green spaces everywhere throughout Westhaven! And you’re less than an hour’s drive from loads of State Parks, although we think all of Middle Tennessee could earn park status!

Centrally located at 1811 Townsend Blvd, most students find the distance between home and school to be just a hop, skip, and jump.
